RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to G&M Custom Embroidery,  your one-stop-shop for all your custom embroidery needs. We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply let us know and we'll make it right if your merchendise does not match the proof you approved. Once you agree to the proofs sent to you no changes can be made.

 

Digitize files-  we charge an initial set up fee to have the design in-house but incase you decide you want a copy of your file there will be a $7.00 fee for every 1000 stitches the file has.

 

Vector Files-  we charge an initial set up fee to have the design in-house but incase you decide you want a copy of your file there will be a $75.00 fee for a copy of the original file.
